Product Manager

A leading regulated online company in Herzliya is looking for a talented Product Manager to join their innovative team.

Role Overview:

• Lead product development processes from ideation to launch and market implementation
• Develop product strategy and build roadmaps for new feature development
• Gather and analyze customer needs and translate them into product requirements
• Work closely with development, design, marketing, and sales teams
• Track and analyze product performance using relevant metrics
• Understand industry regulations and incorporate them into product requirements

Requirements:

• Essential - Proven experience in product management within Forex/Crypto/Gaming/Fintech companies
• Deep knowledge and understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English - mandatory
• Advantage - Familiarity with analytics tools and data analysis
