Technical Program Manager

Startup company in the DevSecOps and MLOps domain has developed a platform that consolidates all essential solutions for efficient, secure, and rapid software development into a single application, providing a holistic solution for its customers. Their offerings include a CI/CD optimization product, a security solution, as well as IoT and MLOps tools.

The company has offices in Tel Aviv (near a train line) and Netanya (employee's choice) and operates on a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week. With approximately 1,800 employees globally across 11 sites, the R&D center is based in Israel.

The company serves over 7,500 customers, including Fortune 100 brands, and is at the forefront of technology, continuously advancing through major collaborations.

About the role -

• The role reports to the VP of the group and is responsible for leading key technological programs within the organization.
• Among these programs, the flagship initiative "You Build It, You Run It" will be led, transitioning to a model where developers take full ownership of their code from development through production and ongoing maintenance.
• The position includes ownership of this strategic project, ensuring its successful implementation across the organization.
• Additionally, the role involves active participation in organizational work processes within the R&D department.
• Close collaboration with senior strategic stakeholders and development teams is required to drive efficiency and innovation.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience with proven technical Program Management and Agile methodologies at scale (must)
• Technical background, with a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Cloud delivery, and monitoring within a DevOps line of products (must)
• Willing to take part in designing and shaping the R&D\Product\NPI Processes and be a leader in your domain.
• Knowledge of OKR, NPI, and stream-aligned team methodologies
• Experience leading large-scale organizational changes, and working both with engineers and non-engineers to drive results
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
