HR Information Systems Implementor

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical HR implementor to join our MIS HR group.

In this role, you will experience a dynamic work environment where your expertise and collaboration skills are central to daily operations.

Your typical day will include:

• Design, configure, develop, test & deploy technical solutions on Oracle HCM and its modules mostly.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. Your ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is vital.
• Creating custom solutions Vs. out of the box.
• Analyzing KPI’s and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Documenting system configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
• Staying up to date with systems releases and new features to identify opportunities for enhancements.

What you’ll bring

To excel in this role, you'll need to bring the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience with the tech HR ecosystem either in a professional service setting or directly at customer sites as an technical implementer- must!
• Experience in system analysis – must!
• Excellent communication skills in a global environment - must!
• Deep knowledge of HR & business processes.
• SQL in a high level- a must
