Payment Manager

Are you an expert in payment risk management looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading regulated online company based in Herzliya, is seeking a talented Payments and Risk Senior Manager to join their financial team.

As Payments and Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating payment risks while optimizing payment processes across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee one team member while working directly with various stakeholders.

• Manage and mitigate payment-related risks across company operations
• Efficiently handle and resolve chargeback issues
• Negotiate with vendors and manage giving and receiving processes
• Identify and implement innovative payment solutions to improve financial processes
• Develop control mechanisms to minimize chargeback occurrences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  

• Monday to Friday (4 days in the office in Herzliya, 1 day remote)
• Weekend and holiday availability required (for contingencies only)
  

• In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems, payment gateways, and risk management strategies from fintech companies - REQUIRED (Forex/Crypto/Gaming experience)
• Proven experience working with vendors and managing risk
• Strong understanding of the payments industry and its complexities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with relevant software
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report generation
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across the organization
