Job Description:

Myshop Technologies is looking for a Junior Account Manager to manage relationships with our american clients, oversee projects, and provide tailored business solutions. The role includes working with new and existing clients, ensuring high-quality service, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients
• Maintaining a high level of professional and customer-oriented service
• Addressing and resolving client issues in real-time
• Enhancing the customer experience by offering personalized solutions
• Identifying business opportunities and ensuring client retention

Requirements:

• Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service – a significant advantage
• Native-level fluency in English or Spanish - must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Assertiveness and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site at our offices in Haifa

Working Hours:

• Sunday to Thursday, 10:00–19:00
