Mid-Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (AI & Automation)

Your Role

As a Mid-Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for rapidly developing and deploying fullstack applications and automation tools that enhance productivity and innovation within the company. You will leverage AI-powered tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, and Vercel to accelerate development cycles, optimize workflows, and create highly scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Prototyping & Deployment: Spin up fullstack applications, MVPs, and automation tools quickly to solve business challenges.

• AI-Powered Development: Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and automation.

• Fullstack Development: Build scalable, high-performance web applications using Python or JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js, FastAPI, etc.).

• Automation & Integration: Develop custom automation scripts, APIs, and workflow tools to improve internal efficiency.

• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications on Vercel, AWS, or GCP, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipelines.

• Data Processing & AI APIs: Work with AI models, fine-tune LLMs, integrate APIs, and automate data workflows.

• Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data engineers to bring innovative ideas to life.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in fullstack development with Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) or JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js).

• Experience with AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.

• Strong backend skills (REST APIs, WebSockets, database design, authentication).

• Frontend experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).

• Proficiency in cloud platforms like Vercel, AWS, GCP, or Firebase for rapid deployment.

• Strong automation mindset – ability to build tools and scripts that improve workflows.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a focus on innovation.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform – a plus.

• Familiarity with Ad Tech, marketing tools, or digital media – a plus.
