About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Agent to join our compliance team in Central Israel. As part of a very large and globally recognized Forex company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in the Forex industry and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure company adherence to local and international financial regulations.

Review and approve KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation.

Conduct ongoing compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential regulatory risks.

Assist in the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.

Work closely with regulatory bodies and internal teams to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Investigate and report any suspicious transactions in accordance with AML guidelines. Stay up-to-date with industry changes, regulatory updates, and best practices to

maintain compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Provide compliance training to employees to reinforce regulatory knowledge and best

practices.

Requirements

Industry Experience - Prior experience working in a regulated Forex company is a must.

Regulatory Knowledge - Strong understanding of AML, KYC, MiFID, CySEC, and other relevant financial regulations.

Detail-Oriented & Analytical - Ability to assess compliance risks and take appropriate action.

Communication Skills - Ability to work with internal teams, external regulators, and partners.

Problem-Solving Ability - Ability to address compliance issues and propose solutions effectively.

Fluency in English - Additional languages are a plus.
