The role

We are looking for a Head of Field Marketing to lead our globally distributed field marketing team and drive growth across AudioCodes’ key markets, with Voice AI as a central strategic focus.

This leader will work closely with product leaders, regional business leaders and sales teams to turn company priorities into locally relevant programs. The role combines team leadership with building brand awareness, generating demand and creating qualified leads. A key part of the mission is helping enterprise buyers and partners understand the business value of Voice AI and engage with AudioCodes as they move from exploration to adoption.

The ideal candidate knows how to connect product strategy, regional business priorities and marketing execution across multiple geographies.

What you will do

Lead the global field marketing team

• Manage, coach and develop a team distributed across regions and time zones.
• Set clear priorities, goals and ways of working, while giving regional marketers the flexibility to address local market needs.
• Own regional field marketing plans and budgets, directing investment toward AudioCodes’ growth priorities, particularly Voice AI.

Partner with product and regional business leaders

• Work closely with product managers and Product Marketing to understand product roadmaps, target audiences, use cases, launches and competitive differentiation.
• Translate product priorities into regional campaigns and field programs that make AudioCodes’ solutions relevant to local customers and partners.
• Plan jointly with regional business and sales leaders to identify priority markets, verticals, accounts and partner opportunities.
• Maintain a regular planning and review cadence with regional leaders and sales teams, using market feedback and program results to adjust activities and investment.
• Bring customer, partner and sales insights back to product and global marketing teams to help refine positioning and future programs.

Build brand awareness and market presence

• Develop regional programs that increase awareness, credibility and consideration of AudioCodes as an enterprise Voice AI company.
• Bring Voice AI to life through relevant customer and partner use cases across customer experience, contact centers, meetings and enterprise communications.
• Drive localized activities through industry events, executive programs, thought leadership, partners, influencers and relevant local digital and media platforms.
• Work with Product Marketing and Marcom to adapt AudioCodes’ positioning and customer stories for each market.

Generate demand and qualified leads

• Build integrated regional campaigns that create demand for AudioCodes’ Voice AI and communications solutions, moving prospects from awareness to engagement and qualified sales conversations.
• Select the right mix of events, webinars, account-based programs, customer activities and digital campaigns for each market and audience.
• Work with sales teams and Marketing Operations on target audiences, lead qualification, follow-up and conversion from lead to opportunity.
• Use campaign results and sales feedback to improve lead quality, program performance and contribution to pipeline.

Grow through partner co-marketing

• Own localized co-marketing plans with strategic channel partners and service providers.
• Develop joint programs that help partners introduce AudioCodes’ Voice AI capabilities to their customers and prospects, alongside relevant cloud voice and contact center solutions.
• Equip partners with campaigns and sales enablement activities that build AudioCodes brand awareness and generate demand.
• Align with regional and partner sales leaders on opportunities in priority vertical sectors.

Connect global and regional marketing

• Collaborate with global Digital Marketing and Marcom teams to execute localized campaigns.
• Provide ongoing field input on global campaigns, messaging and assets so they reflect regional market dynamics, customer needs and culture.
• Identify successful local programs that can be adapted and scaled across other regions.
