CRM Project Manager – Lead a Strategic Transformation in the Mortgage Industry

In this high-impact role, you’ll take ownership of an end-to-end project, collaborating with business, tech, and consulting stakeholders. You’ll be translating business needs into innovative technological solutions and driving a cross-organizational project in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position offers the opportunity to work independently under the guidance of an experienced and professional manager, while making a direct impact on the success of the new system.

Requirements:

• B.A./B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree – an advantage)
• At least 1 year of experience in project management
• Familiarity with CRM systems – strong advantage for experience with Salesforce
• Strong process-oriented thinking, self-driven approach, and excellent execution skills
• Advantage: Experience or familiarity with the mortgage industry
