About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager to join our Elite team in Tel Aviv. This role involves managing online marketing activities for our e-commerce clients, crafting and executing data-driven strategies, and ensuring that client goals and KPIs are consistently exceeded.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong e-commerce background to step into a senior role and make a significant impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to e-commerce clients.
- Manage hands-on campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Advertising, DV360, and more.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis, A/B testing, and optimization to improve ROI and achieve client KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
- Monitor industry trends and apply insights to refine and enhance strategies.
- Analyze client websites to identify opportunities for conversion rate (CR) optimization.
- Create and present detailed performance reports, including actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and strategic alignment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce campaign management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field - MUST
- Proven expertise in managing performance-based campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and optimization.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
- A strategic thinker with the ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics platforms.
- Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and staying ahead of industry trends.
