Team Lead Full Stack Engineer

Role: Red Team Team Lead – Offensive Security (CART Product)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Red Team Team Lead to join our offensive security division and lead the development of our Continuous Automated Red Teaming (CART) product. This role requires deep technical expertise in adversary simulation, evasion techniques, and Red Team methodologies, along with strong leadership and architectural planning capabilities.

As the technical leader, you will drive innovation in automated attack simulations and lead a talented team of security engineers to develop cutting-edge offensive capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and development of the CART platform.
• Mentor and manage a team of offensive security developers and engineers.
• Develop and implement evasion techniques, TTPs, and OVA-based attack deployments.
• Collaborate with Red Teamers, security researchers, and engineering teams.
• Define and maintain a roadmap aligned with threat landscape evolution.
• Integrate offensive simulation components into broader product frameworks.
• Ensure secure and ethical implementation of offensive tooling.
• Continuously improve simulation coverage, realism, and automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in Red Teaming, offensive security, or adversary simulation roles.
• Hands-on expertise with attack methodologies, MITRE ATT&CK, C2 frameworks, and scripting languages (Python, C#, PowerShell).
• Proven experience with evasion techniques, endpoint attack tooling, and malware simulation.
• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux internals, virtualization, and OVA deployment.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Previous experience managing and mentoring technical teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-driven attack automation.
• Knowledge of Purple Team collaboration and SOC/EDR workflows.
• Background in exploit development, reverse engineering, or malware analysis.
