Customer Retention & Billing Specialist (English Speaker)

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Retention & Billing Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and helping resolve billing and payment issues.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients in resolving billing-related questions and ensure a smooth payment process.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to address customer needs and identify retention opportunities.
• Handle declined payments with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate financial and customer records.
• Proactively reach out to clients to assist with subscription renewals and upselling relevant solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in billing, customer support, collection or account management.
• Excellent written English communication skills is required.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Easier commuting to candidates who are located in Netanya and Hasharon area - near our offices.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in SaaS or B2B customer-facing roles.
• Additional languages are a plus.
