The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can take a leading part in defining core aspects of our existing products as well as take responsibility for forging new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Translate business strategy into a product roadmap and drive its execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead product development and market launches, aligning with stakeholders across the organization.
- Market & Stakeholder Insights: Provide market insights and product expertise to stakeholders and marketing teams.
- Business Ownership: Manage product profitability, define business cases, and track commercial success.
- Requirements & Execution: Write high-level requirements and support development and marketing teams to ensure product delivery.
- Customer-Centric Management: Manage in-life products, gathering customer feedback and addressing market needs.
Qualification:
- A degree in Economics, Engineering, sciences (Math, Physics etc.), Statistics or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in an enterprise customer-facing (B2B2C & B2B) product management role.
- Proven track record of customer-facing engagement and collaboration, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies that drive business growth.
- Proven track record of releasing successful SaaS products to the market.
- Experience with user flow analysis, end-user interfaces, and user behavior analytics
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, user analytics tools, and UX research methodologies.
- Ability to translate customer stories into clear business requirements.
- Experience with generative AI solutions and passionate about learning evolved technologies - advantage
- Experience in product management for an ML product - advantage
- Experience working as Product Manager using Agile methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a constructive tone, ability to produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education
- Fluent in English
- A team player with the ability to work independently
