We are looking for a hands-on Business Developer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is willing to travel extensively for business meetings. This role involves operational execution, setting up new locations, and managing key external relationships with banks, accountants, and legal advisors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple operational tasks while driving business growth.

• Frequent Travel: Attend business meetings, establish partnerships, and explore new market opportunities across different locations.
• Operational Setup: Oversee the launch of new locations, handling all operational and logistical aspects.
• Financial & Legal Coordination: Work closely with banks, accountants, and lawyers to ensure compliance, financial efficiency, and smooth operations.
• Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, initiate partnerships, and drive company growth.
• Process Implementation: Ensure smooth execution of business operations, optimizing workflows and procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align operational activities with business objectives.
  

• Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings and operational tasks.
• Native Level English
• Experience in business development, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to manage financial, legal, and logistical processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to work with banks, accountants, and legal professionals.
• Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Economics, and Accounting.
