Marketing Manager & Sales Enablement Specialist

Systematics is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager & Sales Enablement Specialist to take on a strategic and impactful role. Reporting directly to the CMO and working closely with the COO, you’ll be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives while also optimizing sales processes across the company’s business divisions.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing (60%)

• Drive branding initiatives and ensure company-wide implementation
• Develop and manage B2B digital campaigns, analyzing performance and effectiveness
• Oversee and support the marketing team’s activities while coordinating cross-channel efforts
• Contribute to business development by adapting new products to target audiences
• Drive digital innovation and execute creative marketing campaigns
• Support marketing efforts for customer events and engagement

Sales Enablement (40%)

• Implement effective sales methodologies and processes across divisions
• Develop and maintain sales playbooks and resources to support the sales team
• Analyse sales performance and drive data-based improvements
• Work closely with sales leadership to ensure process alignment
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between sales teams

What You Bring

• MBA in Marketing or Business Administration – required
• 2-4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation
• Hands-on expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
• Strong data analytics skills, including performance tracking and optimization
• Understanding of enterprise sales processes/experience in B2B software sales
• Background in sales enablement or sales process support
• Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools
• Experience with CRM systems – an advantage
• Fluent Hebrew & English
• Proactive mindset with strong execution skills
