Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle in a dynamic and fast-paced SaaS and analytics-driven environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth product releases, optimizing delivery KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

• Manage product release cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Define and enforce product delivery KPIs, identifying areas for process improvement.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning to deployment, ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Act as an Escalation Manager, streamlining the resolution of critical issues and ensuring timely bug fixes.
• Improve release management processes, enabling faster and more reliable deployments.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and data-driven insights to support decision-making at the leadership level.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, adopting best practices for Agile development and DevOps.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in Release Management or Program/Delivery Management in a tech-driven company.
• Strong background in CI/CD processes, automation, and DevOps tools (GitHub or similar).
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global organization.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, software development lifecycles, and R&D workflows.
• Experience defining and monitoring product delivery KPIs.
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA, automation tools, and release management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting updates to senior leadership in English.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical execution with business objectives.

• Experience with BI reporting tools and data analytics.
• Background in software development or project management.
• Exposure to analytics and insights platforms or open-source development tools.
