PropTech Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with property owners and brokers across the EMEA region. This role requires a strong understanding of the PropTech landscape and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a background in the real estate industry, but this is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing and develop new relationships with key property owners and brokers across EMEA.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market penetration.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales efforts.
• Stay abreast of current market trends and competitor activities.
  
  

• Proven success in account management or sales within the PropTech or real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the European and Middle Eastern property markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with CRM and other sales tools.
• Fluency in English
