We are looking for a VIP Account Manager to build strong relationships with high-value clients, ensure their needs are met, and drive growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing a personalized experience
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell relevant products or services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction
- Monitor client activity and satisfaction metrics to improve engagement
- Gather and report insights to tailor services and offers for VIP clients
- Plan and coordinate exclusive events or promotions to enhance client loyalty
- Native or fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar role, ideally with VIP clients
- Familiarity with social media apps or live-streaming platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage high-value clients
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data and drive strategy
