About the role

As a Product Manager at Bounce, you will own the complete product lifecycle - from ideation and research through production deployment. You'll work closely with R&D and cross-functional teams across business and operations to develop products that drive our key business metrics.

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of B2B and B2C product management, experience measuring business outcomes, and a desire to make a measurable impact in a growing startup.

As a Product Manager, you will

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives
• Leverage data and analytics to evaluate product performance, define KPIs, and guide decision-making
• Monitor product metrics, conduct A/B testing, and make iterative improvements to optimize outcomes
• Prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and business impact
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, design, compliance, marketing, sales) and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of product initiatives
• Act as the voice of the customer, balancing the needs of B2B clients with the expectations of their end-users (B2C)

What you’ll need:

• B.A./B.Sc. in a quantitative field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech or a related industry
• Experience in a performance-oriented organization with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI
• Experience working on both B2B and B2C products - Plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
