Security Research Team Lead (Portfolio)

A well-funded and fast-growing team in the security space (NHI) is looking for a talented, experienced Research Team Leader. This is a high impact role with interesting technological challenges as well as strong growth and leadership potential.

In this role, you will:

• Build, manage, and mentor a team of researchers
• Lead complex and impactful projects that drive the business forward
• Collaborate across the R&D team
• Be a visible, external-facing figure: leading communications with potential and existing customers, presenting in conferences, etc.
• Be the go-to source of knowledge in your discipline

The ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of security research experience
• Is a superb manager, with a proven track record managing researchers
• Is an excellent communicator, including in English
• Loves tackling the most challenging and complex problems

This is an on-site position (aka not hybrid) role, based at the company's HQ in Central TLV.
