Vice President of Development

• The VP R&D will lead our research and development efforts, overseeing the entire technological strategy and execution.
• This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive innovation while managing a growing team of engineers and researchers.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, AI/ML technologies, and cloud-based architectures, along with a strong ability to align R&D initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
• Define and own the R&D strategy, roadmap, and goals
• Implement cutting-edge R&D methodologies and best practices
• Build and scale the R&D team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching
• Oversee projects involving computer vision and deep learning
• Collaborate with Product & Domain experts to align architecture and technology with customer needs.
• Be a key member of the leadership team, shaping the company’s growth and direction.

Required Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience leading R&D teams
• Background in early-stage startups, with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
• Strong technical versatility, with experience across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Proven ability to evaluate the performance of R&D projects .
• Deep understanding of the connection between development and business impact.
• Experience in agile product development .
• A true leader and problem-solver, with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
