Senior Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead internal organizational quality processes, with customers, suppliers.
• Continuously improve internal organizational quality, internal interaction with production floors, engineering, procurement, customers, suppliers.
• Institutionalize quality processes for new projects and/or customers.
• Improve quality, quality processes for products and/or existing production processes.
• Lead quality processes that will lead to operational efficiency and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Engineering education BSC / Practical Engineer meeting all other criteria below.
• CQE certificate.
• Previous experience as a quality engineer and leading external and internal quality processes, preferably subcontractors.
• Experience in participating and leading cross-organizational quality processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, AS 9100 standards.
• Knowledge in reading and understanding production drawings.
• Experience in the medical field.
• Experience working with engineering information systems and ERP (SAP - an advantage).
• Proven ability to work with information systems and proficiency in Office.
• Very good communication and expression skills in writing and verbally.
• High level of English.

• Experience working with regulatory bodies and the Standards Institute.
• Experience in building quality processes for new assemblies or products.
• Experience and knowledge in assembly processes (from the SMT stage to the final integration stage).
• Familiarity with electromechanical components.
• Knowledge in reading and understanding mechanical and/or electrical drawings.
• Experience in the military field.
