AVT is the global leader in print process control, quality assurance, and press control for the packaging, labeling, and commercial print industries.

We are looking for a collector to be part of our finance team in a temporary position.

In your main role at AVT, you will be responsible for:

• Collection based on AR Reports.
• Reply to customers in a timely manner.
• Check deposits.
• Work with an ERP system: MFGPro.
• Issue Collection reports to Management.
• Analyze customers’ accounts.
• Follow up on invoices.
• Record deposits in the ERP system and related system

Qualifications:

• High communication skills (needs to work with customers and many other interfaces at AVT worldwide)
• High level of English, other languages - advantage
• High level in Excel- Proficient in using MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) for tracking and reporting
• Strong attention to detail for tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts, and ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize follow-ups effectively
• Experience in working with finance ERP systems (advantage)
• Certified Bookkeeper - (advantage)
• 1-2 years of previous collection experience in a global environment (advantage)
• Experience in global companies – (advantage)
