Travel Agent

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our team as a temporary replacement for one year. In this role, you will handle flight, hotel, and package reservations, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless travel experiences for our clients. Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel booking systems and reservations (GDS, Amadeus, Sabre, ALP)
• Strong knowledge of flight, hotel, and package tour reservations
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote & office)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in handling changes, cancellations, and complex travel itineraries
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems related to travel management
