The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Kubernetes, Cloud Computing, and SaaS architectures, coupled with proven leadership and a passion for innovation.

• Architectural Leadership: Define and drive the overall technical architecture of Raftt Systems' Microservices Software Development Automation Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, future proofness and industry best practices.
• Cloud Native Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of Kubernetes, including resource management, scheduling, auto-scaling, and orchestration, to design and implement multi-tenant SaaS, massively scalable, resilient, and high-performance cloud native solutions.
• Cloud Computing Mastery: Utilize deep understanding of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, GCP) and SaaS/private cloud architectures to optimize platform deployment and operation across diverse cloud environments.
• Technical Vision: Establish and communicate a clear technical vision for the platform, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pragmatic and elegant solutions for complex technological challenges, ensuring extendability, scalability, security, high availability, fault resiliency, and recovery.
• Innovation and Excellence: Drive a strong sense of ownership and accountability, promoting a culture of innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

• Deep Kubernetes Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Kubernetes, with a strong focus on resource management, scheduling, auto-scaling, and orchestration.
• Cloud Computing Mastery: Extensive knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, GCP) and SaaS/private cloud architectures.
• Architectural Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead the architecture and design of complex software systems, preferably in the cloud native space.
