Management of negotiations, agreements and contracts

Management of relationships with strategic customers and promoting candidates

Management and retention of employees

Working with various interfaces: development, purchasing, human resources and recruitment units

Two or more years of experience in outsourcing sales management

Experience in negotiating and writing agreements

Familiarity and understanding of technology recruitment processes

Experience working with multiple interfaces
