Associate Lawyer - Real Estate

Role Description

Lapidot, Melchior, Abramovich & Co., is seeking an associate for our real estate practice, with a focus on handling urban renewal projects and real estate financing transactions, as well as real estate sales transactions.

The work will include representing initiators in urban renewal projects from inception (owner agreements) to finalization (contractor agreements and sales), due diligence and investment transactions in the real estate market, as well as other real estate transactions, and possibly also real estate related litigation.

This is a full-time on-site role (for our office in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem), intended for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, preferably in the field of urban-renewal.

Qualifications

• Membership in the Israeli Bar Association (this is not an intern position)
• Experience real-estate transactions
• Highly skilled in drafting transactional documentation
• Experience with real estate registration procedures and real estate taxation reporting
• Client oriented, with the ability to interact directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in urban renewal and real estate related litigation are an advantage
