Information Security Architect in Identity and Access Management

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Architect to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems within the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing security strategies, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Guide to the design and implementation of advanced IAM solutions.
• Provide guidance on managing and operating Active Directory and Azure ENTRA ID systems.
• Develop policies and procedures for identity and access management.
• Collaborate closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Provide technical training and support to internal teams.
• Provide guidance on managing IDM and IGA policies.
• Design security solutions and capabilities that enable the organization to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Define and develop security requirements using risk assessments and reviews of existing systems.
• Develop security integration plans to protect existing infrastructure and incorporate future solutions.
• Design action plans to support cybersecurity policies, system hardening, monitoring, and addressing emerging cybersecurity threats.

Requirements:

• At least 7-10 years of experience in identity and access management within IT or cybersecurity.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (ENTRA ID).
• Thorough understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and provide creative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technological field - an advantage.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CS-300 Microsoft certifications in Active Directory.
• Experience with IAM tools like Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity,ETC. - an advantage.
• Familiarity with SCIM, CASB, and additional services related to user access management (ENTRA ID).
• Understanding MSA, GMSA, and equivalent technologies.
• Knowledge of PAM (Privileged Access Management) and Vault solutions. - an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent.

Skills:

• Proficient knowledge of Windows client/server environments, Unix/Linux systems, Mac OS, Citrix, and cloud environments and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Verbal and writing skills in English.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Support IT teams to configure existing systems and ensure their safe functioning.
• Perform reviews and evaluate system configurations.
• Handle daily requests through the ServiceNow system.
• Continuously improve work processes and information security.
