Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Implement the company’s marketing and advertising strategy
•  Plan, organize, and execute conferences, trade shows, training sessions, and customer events
•  Develop and manage marketing materials while maintaining a consistent visual identity
•  Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO, and newsletters
•  Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, media agencies, and printing services
•  Work in a cross-functional environment with various teams across the organization
•  Manage marketing projects, track performance, and optimize processes
•  Administrative support, including document and contract management, invoice tracking, presentation preparation, and organizing marketing materials

Requirements:

• Creative thinker with a proactive and independent work approach
•  At least 2 years of experience in a similar role – required
•  Proven experience in event planning, trade shows, and conferences – required
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) – required
•  Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing – an advantage
•  Experience with Adobe software (Photoshop, Premiere) – a strong advantage
•  Background in the medical/healthcare industry – an advantage
•  Experience and understanding of SEO – an advantage
