As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping Noved.ai’s technological vision, product development, and overall strategy. You will lead the engineering team, drive innovation, and ensure our technology aligns with the company’s business objectives. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.

• Lead software development efforts, from architecture to deployment.

• Oversee AI and chatbot technology development, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development, product architecture, and engineering leadership.

• Deep expertise in AI, chatbot technologies, and machine learning.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-growth startup environments.

• Hands-on experience with full-stack development and cloud infrastructure.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and disruption.

• Experience in digital advertising is a strong advantage.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
