Salesforce Implementation

Dot Compliance is a cloud based, innovative software company, and our product, built on Salesforce platform, allows life science customers to manage their quality and compliance 

We are looking for a Salesforce Implementor to become an integral part of our Professional Services team at Dot Compliance. At Dot Compliance, we strive to ensure customers’ satisfaction and an effective onboarding process. As a Salesforce Implementator, you will work closely with professional services global team to support technical activities during customer onboarding stage, develop tools and scripts to improve the process and work closely with the product team to design and develop the tools required to support new products and features. You will be working in collaboration with the customers and closely with our support, product, and customer success teams.

You will succeed in this role if you are a problem solver that likes to work with data and people to drive the best solution for both the customer and Dot.  

Responsibilities: 

• Perform Configuration according to requirements. 
• Providing technical support and working with the Professional Services team’s ongoing projects 
• Using Salesforce configuration tools, Implementing customer requirements in DOT Compliance system 
• Perform deployment of configuration and customization between customers orgs 
• System performance testing and validation 
• Collaborate with Product, customer Success, R&D, Support, QA, Dev Ops 

Requirements: 

• 4 years of experience in Salesforce platform application configuration or administration 
• Proven experience in salesforce deployment 
• Proven experience in developing complex Flows 
• Development of Apex/LWC/VF is an advantage 
• Good knowledge of Excel 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills - Hebrew and English 
• Independent learner with the ability to adapt and understand concepts with agility. 
• Team Player, able to excel in a rapidly changing, hyper-growth, startup environment. 
• Relevant degree from a recognized university/Collage
