Job Title: Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Tel Aviv, Israel)
Position: Full-time (100%)
About Place-IL
Place-IL is a unique social enterprise focused on bridging gaps in Israeli society by connecting underrepresented populations (Arab society, Haredi society, geographical periphery, etc.) with the high-tech industry. We aim to establish and grow the tech industry in the periphery while driving inclusivity within the workforce. We collaborate with over 100 leading tech companies, 200+ volunteers, and have an advisory board of industry leaders. Each year, we engage with over 3,500 candidates.
As our activities grow, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help strengthen our presence in the high-tech world.
Key Responsibilities:
● Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing various marketing campaigns aimed at target audiences and partners, from conceptualization to implementation.
● Marketing Materials Production: Collaborate with subcontractors to produce diverse marketing materials, including presentations, banners, infographics, and more.
● Content Creation: Write and draft marketing content for platforms such as newsletters, websites, and other promotional materials.
● Event Production: Plan, organize, and manage marketing content events, including logistical coordination, material production, supplier management, and event promotion.
● Partner Relations: Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key partners, including business companies, associations, volunteers, and the advisory board, to support branding, marketing efforts, and volunteer recruitment.
● Screening Process Operations: Operate the screening process, from marketing and candidate registration to handling different selection
stages, notifications, and managing the candidate management system (CRM). Coordinate selection days involving companies, candidates, and volunteers.
Job Requirements:
● Excellent marketing writing skills in both Hebrew and English.
● Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social networks.
● Basic graphic design knowledge and experience in creating digital content (written and video) - advantageous.
● Proactive, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
● Ability to self-manage while working collaboratively within a team.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technological environment.
● Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
