Project Manager

A groundbreaking startup in the Embedded AI domain, specializing in developing AI technologies for sensors in the defense sector, optimized for low-power edge hardware with real-time performance.

The role involves leading end-to-end projects, collaborating with various teams, and working directly with customers.

Founded in 2017, the company has 23 employees and is poised for significant growth in the near future. Located in Tel Aviv, near a train line, with a hybrid work model of two remote days per week.

About the role-

• Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring top-tier quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Work in a matrix environment, collaborating across teams to drive success.
• Interface directly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Identify new business opportunities, maximizing project potential and driving additional sales.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security protocols.

Requirements-

• 5 years of project management experience in the tech sector.
• Proven experience in the defense industry – a must.
• Engineering background in software or hardware – a must.
• A strong technical understanding of systems and AI applications (an advantage).
• Familiarity with business culture and security requirements in the UAE (a big plus).
• A natural ability to identify upselling opportunities within projects.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Willingness to travel frequently abroad.
