You will be responsible for…

Defining and Driving AI Strategy

• Develop and own the AI product vision and roadmap, aligning with bolt’s strategic goals and growth opportunities.
• Identify AI use cases across bolt’s insurance distribution platform, focusing on customer acquisition & experience, agent experience, agency operations, and operational efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to ensure AI initiatives are commercially viable and deliver high product-market fit.
  
  

• Partner with data science, engineering, and analytics teams to design, develop, and scale AI-driven capabilities.
• Translate business needs into AI product requirements, ensuring solutions are intuitive, efficient, and create value for end users, and hence distribution partners.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  
  

• Embed AI into key customer and partner journeys, improving decision-making, automation, and personalization.
• Leverage AI-driven insights to enhance quoting and other aspects of the insurance buying journey
• Improve agent and partner tools through AI-based insights, recommendations and decision support.
  
  

• Define key AI performance metrics and track outcomes to ensure business impact.
• Work with sales and partner success teams to drive adoption of AI-driven features and ensure seamless integration with existing workflows.
• Establish an iterative feedback loop, continuously refining AI capabilities based on market response and real-world data.
  
  

• Leadership & Execution: Proven ability to lead AI product development and deliver measurable business value.
• Strategic Thinking & Market Awareness: Strong understanding of AI trends, machine learning, and ethical AI in insurance and fintech.
• Collaboration & Communication: Skilled at translating technical AI concepts into business insights and working cross-functionally.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and analytics workflows.
• Experience integrating AI solutions in insurance, fintech, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to define and execute an AI roadmap with a strong focus on impact and adoption.
  
  

• Experience in insurtech, embedded insurance, or digital insurance platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in AI for insurance (e.g., explainability, fairness, compliance).
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making and experimentation (A/B testing, AI model evaluation).
