We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on monetizing traffic, building strong partnerships, and optimizing campaign performance across brand and affiliate channels. You will actively evaluate partner performance and refine strategies to maximize commercial value. While no prior experience is required, some experience would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize traffic conversions by collaborating with partners and managing budgets effectively.
- Develop customized marketing deals and onboard new partners to expand the network.
- Guide and motivate partners to optimize performance and share successful campaigns.
- Strengthen relationships, upsell services, and explore emerging markets.
- Analyze insights, report ROI, and continuously refine strategies for value.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous sales experience.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Proactive self-starter with a hands-on approach.
- Thrives in fast-paced, challenging environments.
