Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled, strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in AdTech sector, a proven track record of financial leadership in private companies and the ability to guide the company through its next phase of growth and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in financial management, budgeting and long-term financial planning. Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute the company’s business strategy and growth plans. Lead the finance team to align financial goals with business objectives, drive operational efficiencies and optimizing financial performance.
• Financial operations & Reporting: Oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring timely accurate financial reporting, analysis and compliance. Prepare and present financial metrics, trends and opportunities. Maintain and ensure adherence to global accounting policies, standards and regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively to support business goals. Develop financial models to support decision-making processes and guide the business in achieving financial targets.
• Investor Relations: Lead efforts to manage investor relations and communicate financial performance, strategies and projections to investors, stakeholders and the Board of Directors. Play a key role in fundraising and capital raising activities as the company expands its footprint.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor and build a high- performing global finance team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement within the finance department.
• Mergers & Acquisitions: Mange and assess potential mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships, supporting due diligence and integration processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business or relation field (MBA or master’s preferred). CPA designation required.
• Proven experience in finance roles within AdTech companies.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, modeling, forecasting and reporting in a private, global company setting.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in fundraising, venture capital and/or private equity transactions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop talent within the finance team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders, investors and Board Directors.
