As the Team Leader and Partner, you will:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team specializing in Java-based development for our cutting-edge AI platform.
• Design and implement scalable and robust solutions, utilizing advanced AI/ML technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of features and innovations.
• Champion software development best practices, architecture, and testing methodologies.
• Mentor and guide team members to elevate their skills and contribute to the company's growth.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A Visionary Leader: You can inspire and lead a team while managing both high-level strategy and technical details.
• Java Expert: Deep expertise in Java development and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Collaborative and Communicative: Strong interpersonal skills to align and collaborate with cross-functional teams, investors, and partners.

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a startup or innovative product environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and cloud platforms (specially AWS).
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
