QA and Operations Specialist

Yael Group is hiring a Junior QA and Operations Specialist for the implementation of an appointment scheduling system in community clinics.

We are looking for a candidate for a diverse role that includes responsibility for software testing (QA), operations, support, and data migration as part of an appointment scheduling system implementation project.

The project duration is one year, with an option for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Managing clinic configurations
• Running data migration processes, analyzing results, and forwarding feedback for corrections as part of pre-go-live processes
• Executing data migration on go-live night, validating results, and handling exceptions
• Providing Tier-3 support to training and regional IT teams after clinics go live
• Participating in system testing
• Collaborating with training and implementation teams
• Working with system and DBA teams
• Interfacing with additional systems related to the appointment scheduling system

Requirements:

• Experience with SQL Server (as a tester or through courses) – mandatory
• Experience working with system teams, DBAs, and IT systems
• Strong ability to work independently, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work 1-2 evenings per week (18:00-22:00) and be available for support on Fridays as needed
