Senior Game Designer

You'll join a passionate and collaborative design team, developers, and artists, working together to bring innovative iGaming experiences to life. You'll report to the Head of Design, playing a key role in shaping the future of their games and contributing to the overall success of the platform. Role Overview:

As a Senior Game Designer, you'll be a creative force and a champion for players. You'll be responsible for designing and refining engaging iGaming experiences, primarily focusing on slot games that captivate and entertain their global audience. Your passion for games, deep understanding of game mechanics, and ability to create innovative and rewarding gameplay loops will be essential in establishing them as a leader in the iGaming space.

Responsibilities:

Game Design & Development:

• Conceptualize and design innovative and engaging iGaming experiences, primarily slot games, with a focus on core gameplay mechanics, bonus features, and compelling themes.
• Create detailed game design documentations that clearly outline the game's concept, mechanics, features, and visual style.
• Collaborate closely with developers and the design team to ensure the successful implementation and integration of your designs.
• Conduct thorough playtesting and analysis to identify areas for improvement and balance gameplay for optimal player experience.

Innovation & Research:

• Research and analyze industry trends, competitor games, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in iGaming design.
• Experiment with new game mechanics, features, and technologies to push the boundaries of what's possible in online casino games.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Work closely with other designers, developers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and engaging player experience.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior game designers, fostering their growth and development.

Communication & Presentation:

• Effectively communicate your design ideas and vision to stakeholders through presentations, documentation, and prototypes.
• Advocate for player-centric design choices and ensure that the player experience is at the forefront of all development decisions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in game design, with a proven track record of creating engaging and successful iGaming experiences, particularly slot games.
• Deep understanding of game mechanics, balancing, and player psychology.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for iGaming and a deep understanding of the online casino landscape.
• Proficiency with design tools and software relevant to game design (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D software).

Significant Advantage:

• Experience with crypto gaming or blockchain technology.
• Experience with user research and playtesting methodologies.
• Experience mentoring or leading other game designers.
