Job Description:

• Responsible for managing the brand activity under this position and implementing the strategy, including managing the marketing budget.
• Involved in building annual work plans, embedding them, and ensuring their implementation.
• Drive marketing and advertising initiatives from the idea and brief writing stage through to execution, including analysis, optimization, and summarization.
• Ongoing tracking and analysis of marketing expenditure, including creating insights and forward actions.
• Partnering in managing the brand’s digital assets.
• Brand oversight for authorized agencies and responsibility for POS branding.
• Responsible for managing social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Managing complex interfaces – both internal and external (Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Production, Engineering, Packaging, Advertising, Research, etc.).
• Routine collaboration with international teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – mandatory.
• Experience in brand management.
• Experience in managing complex interfaces and driving them.
• Experience in leading complex projects.
• Very good familiarity with the digital world.
• Proficiency in English: Good level (daily communication with international teams).
