Payroll Specialist

STECONFER Infrastructures Ltd is recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a full-time position in the Human Resources department, based in Tel Aviv. 

Steconfer is a global group, present worldwide, with headquarters in Portugal and offices in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.  

It is currently responsible for track and overhead catenary system installation projects in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv metro lines. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collect and analyze data from monthly attendance reports. 
• Prepare payroll information for the outsourced CPA office. 
• Prepare salary simulations for recruitment and hiring processes.  
• Analyze and oversee issued payslips. 
• Prepare monthly payroll cost reports for the Finance department. 
• Monitor employees' pension payments. 
• Provide payroll support and answer inquiries from both Israeli and Foreign employees. 
• Advise company managers on labor law matters related to payroll, employment terms, and other relevant issues. 

Profile: 

• Strong Knowledge of Israeli labor law and payroll. 
• Fluent in Hebrew and English. 
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. 
• Academic degree in payroll accounting (preferred and valued). 
• Resident in Tel Aviv or surrounding areas. 
• Availability for a full-time position, with a working schedule from Monday to Thursday. 

Place of work: Tel Aviv (2–5-minute walk from Savidor train station). 

Start date: Beginning of April 2025.
