With a data-driven approach, a customer-first mindset, and a strong team culture, we are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our growth strategy, drive operational excellence, and scale our business internationally.
The CRO will play a critical role in scaling the organization, optimizing operations, and executing the company’s strategic vision. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will oversee day-to-day operations, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment between departments to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator with experience in SaaS startups, a track record of scaling operations, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Develop and implement scalable operational strategies, systems, and processes to drive efficiency and support growth.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute the company’s long-term strategy, ensuring alignment across all functions.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor department heads (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR) to ensure operational excellence and foster a high-performance culture.
- Customer Experience: Oversee customer-facing operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional user experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Financial Management: Partner with the CEO to oversee financial operations, manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to measure success, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine operational workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration between departments to streamline communication and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably as a CRO or VP of Operations in a SaaS startup.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, key metrics (ARR, CAC), and scaling strategies.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and a passion for customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
