About the Role:

For an exciting opportunity that will take your career to the next level, we are looking for a skilled Software Team Lead/Tech Lead to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of end-to-end system architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.
• Define high-level solutions and scope of work documents in both Hebrew and English.
• Support the presales process by assisting sales teams in defining business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience in an IT Services Company/B2B – Required.
• Experience in working directly with clients, including presales meetings.
• BSc in Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Deep knowledge of public cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration technologies.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to production, with strong design and technical skills.
• Proficiency in writing technical and functional documents.
