This leader will oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications that enable efficient business operations, sales processes, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business transformation, process automation, and analytics while ensuring seamless system integration and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for business applications to support the shift to a subscription and services-based business model.
• Lead the optimization and evolution of back-office applications, CRM, ERP, and sales enablement tools.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements across key business processes.
• Leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, process automation, and customer insights.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of business intelligence tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure integration between business applications, enabling seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance, data security, and governance within business applications.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly AI, to drive innovation and competitive advantage in business applications.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize software investments.
• Lead and mentor a team of application specialists and business analysts.
• Demonstrate customer obsession by deeply understanding business needs and creating solutions that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Exhibit extreme ownership by proactively identifying problems, driving resolutions, and ensuring accountability across all business application initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in business applications, enterprise systems, or IT leadership roles.
• Expertise in services, subscription-driven business models, or SaaS-based applications, with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, recurring revenue models, and scalable enterprise systems.
• Experience driving AI adoption and implementation within enterprise business applications.
• Deep expertise in CRM (Salesforce or similar), ERP (NetSuite, SAP, or similar), and business intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, financial systems, and operational workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level application projects in an agile way.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive successful technology adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
