This design simplifies installation and maintenance, making it an ideal choice for offices, hotel rooms, apartments, and various dwelling types.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation for our products, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with U.S. market standards. This includes how-to guides, manuals, data sheets, owner’s manuals, and other reference materials. The candidate should have strong communication and design skills, enabling them to translate complex technical information into clear and user-friendly documentation. This role requires collaboration with engineering, design, and technical teams worldwide to maintain up-to-date and high-quality materials.
Responsibilities
- Translate technical concepts into clear, professional documentation
- Work closely with global teams (New York, Italy, and Israel) to gather and verify technical information
- Ensure real-time updates of documentation to keep clients and teams informed
- Develop and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and product instructions
- Collaborate with customer representatives to understand documentation requirements
- Utilize tools such as InDesign, AutoCAD, and Revit to create high-quality materials
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred)
- Experience in the technology, construction, or engineering industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Native or professional-level English required)
- Ability to work with technical teams across different time zones
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe tools (experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus)
- Availability to travel occasionally
