DevOps Manager

A Fintech startup has developed a B2B SaaS platform designed for large enterprises, helping them streamline communication and sales processes with their private customers. The platform digitizes and accelerates the entire sales process what once took days, multiple calls, emails, and faxes can now be completed within minutes via an SMS link.

Their solution covers document signing, form completion, live chat with representatives, and payments.

Based in Tel Aviv, near a train line, the company operates on a hybrid model with two work-from-home days. They have around 120 employees, including 40 in Israel. Their clients include insurance companies, banks, automotive, and telecom firms, primarily overseas, with some in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, grow and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and constantly improve and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes coding around people’s needs.
• Challenge concept and current situation lead process evolution.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration , keep delivery happening.
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices across the organization.
• Manage AWS environments, ensuring cost-efficiency, security, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain distributed logs infrastructure and metric collection tools

Requirements:

• 1+ years of managerial experience
• 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer – a must
• Experience with AWS – a must
• CI/CD expertise – a must
• Terraform – a must
• Scripting – a must (coding experience is an advantage)
• Kubernetes – a must
