QA Web Tester – Leading Telecommunications Company

Job Description:

A leading telecommunications company is looking for an experienced QA Web Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of complex web-based systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing manual testing for websites and web applications.
• Conducting API testing and integration testing with core systems.
• Planning, writing, and executing test scenarios (STP, STD, STR) following QA methodologies.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs while improving testing processes.
• Utilizing Chrome Developer Tools for debugging and issue resolution.
• Collaborating with development teams, product managers, and IT personnel to enhance quality and user experience.

Requirements:

✅ 2+ years of experience in website and web application testing.

✅ Hands-on experience with API testing and integration processes.

✅ Knowledge of QA methodologies and proficiency in STP, STD, STR.

✅ Experience in test case planning, documentation, and execution.

✅ Strong debugging skills and bug tracking experience.

✅ Familiarity with Chrome Developer Tools (strong advantage).

✅ Experience with SQL queries (advantage).

✅ Knowledge of CRM systems; familiarity with PeopleSoft is a plus.

✅ Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
