Job Description:

1. Daily coordination with suppliers.
2. Daily coordination with the company's management.
3. ERP reporting to management.
4. Assisting with online marketing.
5. Procurement, quotes, orders, tracking, etc.
6. Invoicing, reports, and follow-ups.
7. Order tracking, customer management, and business deals.
8. Production planning in Excel.
9. Financial planning - assisting in sales and profit/loss reports - Working with banks reports.
10. Reports production: inventory reports, inventory forecast
11. Orders forecast

Position Requirements:

• Reporting directly to the company's CEO.
• High-level multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High-level English proficiency – required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Excel – required.
• Background in manufacturing and finance – required.
• Experience with Priority software – an advantage.
• 1-2 years experience - an advantage.
