Risk And Payment Manager

As a Risk And Payment Manager, you will oversee the company's risk management processes, handle chargebacks, negotiate with suppliers, explore new payment solutions, and establish control processes to prevent chargebacks.  

The role also involves building effective communication channels with suppliers and implementing control procedures in collaboration with various teams within the organization. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and mitigate risks associated with payment processes within the company. 
• Address and resolve chargeback issues efficiently. 
• Engage in negotiations with suppliers and manage the give-and-take process. 
• Identify and implement innovative payment solutions to enhance the company's financial processes. 
• Build control processes to minimize the occurrence of chargebacks. 
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors. 
• In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems, gateways, and risk management strategies. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with vendors and handling risk management responsibilities. 
• Familiarity with the payment industry and its intricacies. 
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. 
• Proficient in using computers and software applications. 
• Experience working with Excel for data analysis and reporting. 
• High level of proficiency in both spoken and written English. 
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams within the organization. 
• Previous experience in an online company or industry - advantage.
