About the role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain Hear’s next-generation web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with strong experience in NestJS, Next.js, and managing code via Atlassian Bitbucket. Familiarity with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and engaging interfaces.
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices architectures using frameworks like NextJS.
• Build dynamic, server-side rendered applications using Next.js.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance, and security across applications.
• Manage source code using Atlassian Bitbucket and participate in code reviews and agile development processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js.
• Strong experience in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end languages (Node.js, Python, or Ruby) with a preference for NestJS and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems, specifically Atlassian Bitbucket, and continuous integration practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
